Whether you are in Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, or provincial and island areas, our logistics network is designed to cover the entire country efficiently and securely. We understand the importance of having an effective product for controlling pests and environmental parasites, especially during critical seasons, which is why we work with trusted courier partners including J&T Express, LBC, and Ninja Van to ensure every package is delivered with the greatest care and in the best possible condition. Our distribution network is constantly monitored to guarantee a seamless shopping experience from the moment you click checkout to the moment you receive your product.
2. Delivery times and order processing
We know that when you are dealing with mosquitoes, pests, or parasites at home, time matters. The standard estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from full payment confirmation. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after the order is confirmed in our system. For remote, rural, or island areas with limited courier access, delivery may take longer, typically 5 to 10 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends). During peak seasons such as holiday sales or year-end promotions, processing and transit times may be affected by general logistics congestion, which will always be communicated transparently at checkout.
3. Shipping costs and free shipping
We want you to have the best protection without hidden charges. That is why we offer free standard nationwide shipping when you purchase 2 units or more (for example, when choosing the Faminos Duo, Family, or larger bundles). This promotion is applied automatically at checkout with no additional codes required. For a single unit purchase (Faminos Individual), standard shipping costs are calculated automatically and transparently during checkout, based on current courier rates to your delivery address. Rates are dynamic and calculated according to volumetric weight and the distance from our main distribution centre to your doorstep. Payment can be made conveniently via GCash or Maya.
4. Package tracking and traceability
Keeping you informed is our priority. Once your order has been packed, processed, and handed over to the assigned courier (J&T Express, LBC, or Ninja Van), you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a unique tracking number, the name of the courier, and a direct link with precise instructions for tracking your shipment in real time. We recommend keeping an eye on your package's progress. Status updates on the courier portal may take up to 24 business hours to appear after you receive our email, as this depends on barcode scans at logistics transit stations. 5. Delivery issues, attempts, and failed deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery directly to the address you provided. If the courier cannot deliver the order due to absence at the address or no response, additional delivery attempts will be made according to the courier's internal policies (generally 2 to 3 attempts on consecutive days). If all attempts are exhausted and the package cannot be delivered, it will be held at the nearest local courier branch for up to 5 days so you can collect it with valid identification. If the package is not claimed within that period, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery. In that case, to resend the product, the customer must cover the full cost of a new shipment, regardless of whether the original purchase qualified for free shipping.
6. Responsibility for incorrect delivery details
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and correct shipping address when placing an order. This includes correctly entering the street, house or unit number, barangay, city or municipality, province, exact postal code, and useful landmarks (nearby streets, building colour, etc.). You must also provide a valid phone number so the courier can contact you if they cannot locate the address. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, permanent misplacement, or returns caused directly by incorrect, incomplete, or erroneous delivery details provided by the customer at checkout.
