Our official customer service hours across the Philippines are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. During these hours, our team processes returns, handles technical enquiries about applying Faminos against pests and environmental parasites, and manages logistics reports with our courier partners J&T Express, LBC, and Ninja Van.

If your enquiry is directly related to an order you have already placed, please always include your Order Number (which begins with "#" and can be found in your purchase confirmation email). This allows us to access your file immediately and offer a much faster solution without unnecessary verification questions. Please note that we do not provide medical or veterinary advice; our responses are always focused on sales support, logistics tracking, and general guidance based on the labels of our household product.
